A change.....

I have wanted to feel healthier for  a while now.  For some reason motivation has kicked in. I am tired of being exhausted everyday by 3 or 4. I have made some changes to my lifestyle.  I am eating more protein and I am actually getting more exercise.  I am only walking 2-3 miles every other day but I feel better. I started August 4, and have already lost 10 lbs. this is a picture of the track from the other night. It keeps me motivated.  That and some of the pictures hubby took of me this summer.  Lol
