Of course we colored eggs... no i did not make chantal do it. she actually enjoys it and looks forward to it... just ask her!! this is only 1 of the dozens, we did 4!!

here are the 2 bunny cakes i made.. the orange one i took to norm;s cousin ricky's house on friday and the purple one i took to andreas house on sunday..... the next thing i want to learn is fondant...

Saturday afternoon we also went to the gym for the first time.. norm has decided he wants to be healthier, so he joined and i was his guest, then andrea is also a memeber so chantal was her guest.. we had a great time.. we worked out for about 45 minutes... it felt great!

WE HAVE HAD SUCH A BUSY DAY... TODAY WAS DAY ONE OF MY VACATION.. WE WENT TO SEYMOUR TO SEE THE FIELD OF FLAGS WHICH WAS SO EMOTIONAL.. IT IS FOR ALL THE PEOPLE THAT LOST THEIR LIFE IN AFGANISTAN AND IN IRAQ.. THEN WE TOOK CHANTAL AND ALLISON TO WALMART WHERE I HAD TO GET A COUPLE OF THINGS TO FINISH CHANTAL AND NORMS BASKETS AND THE EASTER BUNNY WAS THERE SO OF COURSE WE HAD TO GET A PICTURE

chantal and her new ducky from daddy... how sweet, she is not amused... this is a box of candy i decorated for one of the guys at work he is always bringing us cookies and deserts and when we say we are trying to lose weight he tells us to eat we are too skinny... he is soo sweet...

Saturday night i went out with some friends and chantal asked me if she could do my hair.. i said what the hell it is only hair.. she straightened it for me and this is what it looked like... i am unsure on how i liked it.... norm did not like it at all but he likes it after i spend an hr curling it... do not have time for that all the time..lol

well i gave her this book minus the pictures for her shower... she never filled it.. i finnally took it and printed the pictures and filled it for her.. what do you think?

a little gift for a special friend..

last week pam and i went to visit my mom's best friend, she still is not handling my mom's death too well.. my mom always brought her a bag of black jelly beans so that is what we gave her plus the prayer card...we brought her this little gift basket.. the flower on the basket i made with my sizzix and the flower on the dishtowel i crocheted along with the edging on the towel...
