norm's birthday cake

this year i decided to make Norm's Cake for his birthday..He loves fish. so i thought this was appropriate. . i even made my own frosting, which was a first.. it was deliscious...

Well here is the finished product.. i finished this a week before valentine's day... i gave it to chantal for valentine's day. she was soo surprised.... better late then never....

Valentine's cupcakes

Tommorrow we are having a bake sale at work for valentines day. so i baked some cupcakes.... 75 of them..... some are mysteriously missing from the pics....the pink ones are chocolate cake with strawberry frosting.. the white ones are funfetti cake with red food coloring, and the chocolate iced ones are strawberry cake....
after all this baking needless to say we had pizza for dinner...hehehehehehe
